El evento anual para recaudar fondos para la institución de Educarte se llevará acabo en dos fines de semana consecutivos en JUNIO, el sábado 12 y domingo 13 y el siguiente sábado 19 y domingo 20, con una fiesta de clausura el domingo 20 de 4pm a 6pm en Tamarindo Heights.

El museo será diseñado para niños, es decir que las obras de los casi 40 artistas famosos de la historia del arte serán exhibidas a una altura ideal para niños. El museo estará abierto al público entre las 10am y las 4pm ambos sábados (12 y 19) y domingos (13 y 20). La entrada es de ¢2,500 por persona.

El concurso de pintura para niños está abierto a todos los niños de las escuelas públicas y privadas de los pueblos vecinos a Tamarindo. Las obras podrán ser entregadas en el museo en Tamarindo Heights cualquier día de la exhibición entre las 10am y las 4pm ambos sábados (12 y 19) y domingos (13 y 20), el plazo límite para la entrega de las obras para el concurso es el domingo 20 a las 4pm. El tema, la técnica y los materiales a usar son libres, la única regla es el tamaño que debe ser de 40x60cms. El costo para concursar es de ¢2,000 por obra por persona.

La fiesta de clausura será el Domingo 20 de Junio de 4pm a 6pm donde habrá comida, música, entretenimiento, rifas, muchas sorpresas y los resultados del concurso de pintura, también enTamarindo Heights. El costo de la entrada a la gran fiesta es de ¢5,000 por persona.

The annual fundraiser for Educarte will take place on two consecutive weekends in JUNE, Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th and the following Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th, with a closing party on Sunday the 20th from 4pm to 6pm at Tamarindo Heights.

The museum will be designed for kids, where all 40 works of art of famous painters will be exhibited at a height ideal for children. The museum will be open to the public between the hours of 10am and 4pm both Saturdays (12 & 19) and both Sundays (13 & 20). The entry fee for the museum exhibition is of ¢2,500 per person.

The painting contest is open to all the children of public and private schools of the neighboring towns of Tamarindo. The works of art can be handed in at the museum in Tamarindo Heights any day during open exhibition hours, that is between 10am and 4pm both Saturdays (12 & 19) and Sundays (13 & 20), the deadline to hand in paintings for the contest is Sunday the 20th at 4pm. The only rule for the contest is the size which should be 24x16inches, the style is free form, any technique and any materials can be used. The fee to enter the contest is of ¢2,000 per art work per person.

The closing party will take place on Sunday the 20th of June between 4pm & 6pm also at Tamarindo Heights. There will be food, music, entertainment, raffle, and many surprises as well as the results of the painting contest. The entry fee to the grand party is of ¢5,000 per person.

Estimados Padres de Educarte: Buscamos voluntarios para trabajar en el museo los días 12, 13, 19 y 20 de Junio entre las 10am y las 4pm en Tamarindo Heights. Habrán 2 puestos: una en la puerta cobrando las entradas y otro explicando las obras o contestando preguntas sobre el museo y el concurso de pintura de niños (se les pasará toda la información que vallan a necesitar saber asi que no se preocupen por esto). Habrán 2 jornadas por día de 3 horas cada una: una de 10am a 1pm y otra de 1pm a 4pm. Buscamos artistas interesados en exponer sus obras o trabajos manuales por medio de un estand durante las horas abiertas del museo: 12, 13, 19 y 20 de Junio entre las 10am y las 4pm en Tamarindo Heights. El costo para participar con un estand es de ¢5,000 por artista por día (todas la ganancias de las ventas serán para el artista mismo). Dear Parents of Educarte: We need volunteers to work in the museum on the 12th, 13th, 19th and 20th of June between 10am and 4pm in Tamarindo Heights. There will be 2 positions: one at the door charging the entrance fee and another explaining the art or answering questions about the museum and the children's painting contest (you will be given all the information needed so there is no need to worry since you will be informed). We are looking for artists interested in exhibiting their work or crafts with a stand during the hours the museum is open to the public: 12th, 13th, 19th y 20th of June between 10am and 4pm in Tamarindo Heights.
